  1. Q: Am I able to buy singles instead of 4pks?

    A: Yes! Everything is priced per can as well as a 4 pack.

  2. Q: What forms of payment do you except?

    A: We except cash, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.

  3. Q: If I can’t make it in time for a release, can I call ahead and have items held for me?

    A: Yes, with the exception of some limited releases! We can hold an order for a maximum of 2 weeks until we release it back into the store. Call us @ 585-730-8299 or email us at

Keg FAQ

  1. Q: Can I order a kegs?

    A: Yes you can! 1/2, 1/4, & 1/6 depending on the beer. It will be the price of keg and a $30 keg deposit which will be refunded to you when the keg is returned. To order a keg, call us at 585-730-8299.

  2. Q:Is there a list of kegs I can order?

    A: We recommend calling us, telling us what you like and we can craft a list for you!

  3. Q: Will you help me load kegs into my car?

    A: While we are always happy to load 1/6 and 1/4 kegs we do require you to bring assistance for 1/2 kegs due to size and weight.

  4. Q: Do you have kegs on demand?

    A: Some but limited. We recommend all of our kegs should be pre-ordered. We can try to get a keg of your choice in as soon as possible but unfortunately we do need time to place an order for you.

  5. Q: What if I want a keg but don’t have a tap?

    A: You can rent a tap from us for a non-refundable rental fee of $5 and deposit of $75, which you will get back when the tap is returned.


Online FAQ

  1. Q: Where do you ship to?

    A: We ship everywhere in New York State.

  2. Q: How is your beer packaged?

    A: We package our beer in insulated lined boxes with ice packs to ensure proper delivery. We

    also throw in a couple sticker for you!

  3. Q: Is there a minimum or maximum to the amount we buy?

    A: Feel free to buy as much craft beer from us as you would like, however there is a minimum of a $40 purchase.

  4. Q: What beer do you ship?

    A: We update our inventory weekly with new breweries & styles including sours, IPAs, stouts, pilsners, lagers, and more.

  5. Q: Is there an adult signature required upon delivery?

    A: Yes! We have to ensure that all of our customers are at or above the legal drinking age of 21.Unfortunately, if there is no proof of age, the package cannot be delivered.
